* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Joy Kraner
Joy N. Kraner, 80, of Rockford passed away on August 02, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
She was born on September 20, 1941, in Van Wert, to the late Robert Sink and Nadine (Fox) Sink. On March 05, 1960 she married her sweetheart, Homer Kraner, who passed away on December 10, 2020.
Joy was a farmer's wife, whose main concentration was her family. She loved to cook and loved to garden. Joy was also an avid reader. But what Joy loved most were her grandchildren.
Surviving are six children, Mitchel (Robin) Kraner of Ohio City, Greg Kraner, Melody (Scott) Hileman of Van Wert, Robert (Stacie) Kraner of Rockford, Megan Kraner of Van Wert, and Andrew (Kathryn) Kraner of Celina; one brother, Tom (Nancy) Sink of Van Wert; Twenty-six grandchildren; and Three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Joy was preceded in death by a grandson, Cyrus.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home 111 W. First Street Rockford, OH 45882 with Stuart Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, 3750 US-33 Rockford, OH 45882.
Family and friends will be received Friday, August 5, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, as well as one hour prior to the funeral, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home 111 W. First Street Rockford, OH 45882.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joy`s memory may be sent to Community Health Professionals, 816 Pro Drive, Celina, Ohio.
