HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

James Lauth
James Lauth, 84, of St. Marys, died 11:23 P.M. Friday, August 12, 2022, at Vancrest Of St. Marys.
He was born June 26, 1938, in Auglaize County, Ohio, the son of Walter and Mary (Counts) Lauth. He married Marilyn C. Leffel on January 5, 1957, at the First United Methodist Church in New Knoxville, and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his children: Dennis (Connie) Lauth of St. Marys; Daryl Lauth of St. Marys; Rick (Traci) Lauth of St. Marys; Donald (Robyn) Lauth of Sidney; Annette (Doug) Moran of Montezuma; Sue (Dan) Grothause of St. Marys. He is survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Ron Lauth of St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Doris Lauth of St. Marys.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by his siblings: Mary Catherine Lauth; Betty McClintock; Anna Axe; Jean Ann Coneby; Emma Severt; Leona McPheron; Robert Lauth; William Lauth; Harold Lauth; Doris Tinnerman.
Jim attended high school in Buckland. He was a farmer and livestock manager for Vernon Schwabero for 24 years, and he retired from Hoge Lumber in New Knoxville. He enjoyed woodworking and taking care of his yard and garden. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at the Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys, Pastor Tim Benjamin, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to Wayne Street United Methodist Church.
