Louise Sigmond
Louise Ann Sigmond, age 84 of Celina, passed away on August 25, 2022 at the Ft. Wayne Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN.
She was born on August 24, 1938 to the late Ernest and Leola (Royer) Forlow in Rockford. On February 14, 1972, she married Donald Sigmond who passed away on July 3, 2003.
She is survived by her children Douglas (Renay) Sigmond of Celina, Deb (Jeremy) Bachman of Ft. Wayne, IN, Les (Cheryl) Sigmond of Celina, grandchildren Zach Sigmond of Celina, Brooke Sigmond of Celina, Drew Bachman of Ft. Wayne, IN, Cassidy Bowersock of Coldwater, Jenna Mumford of Celina, and great-grandchild Baylor Sigmond of Celina.
Louise worked as an underwriter for Central Mutual Life Insurance in Van Wert for 42 years and retired in 2002. She was an avid Cubs and Bears fan.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery.
Friends and family may call from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made out to the Animal Protection League of Mercer County 663 Celina Rd, St. Marys, OH 45885.
