Some patchy fog will linger this afternoon, but more widespread fog is expected tonight into Monday morning. Visibilities are likely to be reduced below one mile, with quarter mile or lower visibilities possible.
Isolated locations may observe temperatures at or just below freezing. If dense fog occurs in these locations, some slick spots may develop on elevated surfaces.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Stan Chalk
Stan A. Chalk, 70, of New Knoxville, Ohio, died 9:47 A.M. Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Vancrest of St. Marys.
He was born January 8, 1952, in Bellville, Illinois, the son of Murry and Rose (Svajlenka) Chalk. He married Kathryn Henschen on January 12, 1974, at the First Church of New Knoxville, and she survives in New Knoxville.
He is also survived by his mother, Rose Chalk of New Knoxville; by his children: Theresa (Nathan) Reilly of Cincinnati; David (Sarah) Chalk of New Bremen; Michael (Melissa) Chalk of New Knoxville; Andrew (Lori) Chalk of New Knoxville. He is survived by his siblings: Deb (Bob) Kruse of New Knoxville; Anne (Tim) Hegemier of New Knoxville; Rose Mary (Brad) Wietholter of Columbus, North Carolina; Carol (Preston) Meyer of New Knoxville; Lisa (Tom) McCloskey of Columbia, South Carolina; Kevin (Melanie) Chalk of Minster. He is survived by his nine grandchildren: Jonathan Reilly; Reese Reilly; Elise Reilly; Denise Reilly; Trenton Chalk; Ashlyn Chalk; Camryn Chalk; Ava Chalk, Logan Chalk.
He was preceded in death by his father, Murry Chalk.
Stan was a 1970 graduate of New Knoxville High School. He earned his Associates' Degree from ITT Technical Institute in 1972, and he retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company after 30 years of service. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in St. Marys, and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, woodworking, and OSU sports. He had served as a volunteer firefighter with the New Knoxville Fire Department.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 9, 2022, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
