* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

CELINA - Sunny skies are forecasted for the last Celina Farmers' Market of the season set for 9 a.m.-noon Saturday at the Mercer County Fairgrounds.
A steady stream of visitors can still shop for a variety of fresh produce, goat milk soaps, baked goods, soy candles and other items at the market, which will conclude its 16th year before beginning anew next May. [More]
