* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Alice Marie Sheets
Alice Marie "Muggs" Sheets, age 89, of Celina, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born February 5, 1933, in Celina, to John William & Helen Marie (Gray) Sheets.
Alice is survived by nieces and nephews: Kathleen (Jeffrey) Scott of Toledo, George (Kathy) Sheets of Sulphur Springs, Natalie (Steve) Huelsman of Leesburg, VA, Karen (Jerry) Homan of St. Henry, Dean (Sue) Leffler of Yorba Linda, CA, Pam (Ed) Pitionak of Hilton Head, SC, Lou Ann Skinner of Benton Harbor, MI, and John Sheets, Robert (Robyn) Sheets, and Karla (Cecil) Stiverson, all of Celina. She was preceded in death by all of her brothers and sisters: Virginia "Ginny" (Max) Young, William (Mary) Sheets, Donald "Dub" Sheets, Dorothy "Dot" (Donald) Leffler, Harold "Blackie" Sheets (Audrey Sheets Schlotterer), and Jacqualine "Jackie" Sheets, and a niece, Carol Leffler Gorn.
Alice attended Celina High School, then in 1952 began working at Reynolds + Reynolds, retiring in 1995 after 43 years of service. She attended Bethany United Methodist Church, and had been a League Bowler at Plaza Lanes. Alice was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan, and belonged to the club's "Rosie Reds" organization. She enjoyed attending and watching Reds baseball, and going out to eat with her family and co-workers.
Calling Hours will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, with the Funeral Service to begin at 1:00, Pastor Matt Overman officiating. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
