* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Marguerite Schoen
Marguerite Sue Schoen, age 63, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022, at St. Ritas Medical Center in Lima.
She was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 7, 1959 to late Robert and Mary (Frederick) Horton. On March 28, 1992 she married Kevin J. Schoen and he preceded her in death on November 25, 2017.
She is survived by a son Gregory (Elizabeth) Schoen; three grandchildren, Owen, Eliana and Olivia Schoen; brothers and sisters, Anna (Jim) McMurray, St. Marys, William (Deb) Horton, Lima, Peg (Elmer) Davis, St. Marys, Tammy Bucy, Tennessee, Debra (Ron) Sawmiller, St. Marys, Ivan Osbourne, Rockford, Harry (Theresa) Horton, Lima, Robert (Macy) Horton Jr., South Carolina, Billie Joe (Paul) Brown, Tennessee and Chuck (Roberta) Vogt, Tennessee; a sister-in-law, Dianne Horton, Lima; and several nieces and nephews.
Marguerite was also preceded in death by a brother, David Horton.
Marguerite worked for many years with in home caregiving. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, making baby blankets, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also a member of Church on the Horizon in Van Wert.
Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Custis officiating; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the services. Graveside services will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
