* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Margaret Robinson
Margaret Louise Robinson, 83, Rockford, died at 12:59 a.m. Oct. 24, 2022, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Oct. 29, 2022, at Zion Lutheran Church, Rockford. Burial will follow in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Zion Lutheran Church.
