* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Lois Heyne
Lois J. Heyne, age 95 of Minster, Ohio, died at 3:45 PM on December 6, 2022 at Vancrest Nursing Home St. Marys, Ohio.
She was born on August 12, 1927 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Alfred & Leona (Vallo) Friemering. Lois married Wilfred H. "Jack" Heyne on November 15, 1947 in St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. He preceded her in death on March 29, 1994.
She is survived by sons & daughters-in-law: Jon "Jack" & Sue Heyne, St. Marys, Dr. Tim & Pat Heyne, Salinas, CA, Doug & Donna Heyne, Celina, Ohio 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, brother-in-law Lee Westerheide & special friend Sandy Metzger, Minster and special friends, the Steineman family.
She was preceded in death by brother & sisters: Kathleen & Urban Bensman, JoAnn Westerheide, Mary Joyce & Frank Heitkamp and infant brother Alfred Friemering, Jr, in-laws: Paul & Dorothy Huelsman, Ester & Ed Koehl, Bob & Rita Heyne, Carl & Helen Reese.
Lois was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, CLC, Minster Historical Society and Bridge Card Club.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Monday, December 12, 2022 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with burial to follow at a later date in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Sunday, December 11 from 1 to 4 PM and from 9 to 9:30 AM on Monday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of F.J. Stallo Library and The St. Augustine Mission Commission.
