* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Ellen Wolfe
Ellen G. Wolfe, 104 of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Shane Hill in Rockford.
She was born August 31, 1918 in Center Township to the late Archie A. and Elma A. (Henne) Piper. On June 10, 1936 she married Garold E. Wolfe and he preceded her in death on November 19, 1993.
Survivors include her son Harold (Sue) Wolfe, Celina; a daughter, Dorothy (Rick) Helms, Fort Wayne, Indiana; a son-in-law, Robert Kraner, Celina; 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, many great great grandchildren and one great great great grandson.
Ellen is also preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Kraner; a granddaughter, Barbara Knapke; and four brothers, Ward, Wayne, Lowell "Bud" and Meredith.
She was 1936 graduate of Center Township High School in Neptune, Ohio. She was a homemaker and retired from JC Pennys in Celina after 26 years of service. Ellen was a member of Celina First Church of God and the Beacon Sunday School Class.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Tim Benjamin officiating; where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be held at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to EverHeart Hospice, 230 W Main St, Coldwater, Ohio 45828.
