* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Ted Schindler
Ted R. Schindler, age 70, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 after battling Parkinson's Disease for 12 years.
He was born on September 8, 1952 in Celina, Ohio to the late Marion and Betty (Smith) Schindler.
After graduating from Wright State University in 1974 Ted worked for Celina Insurance as an accountant. In 1977 he joined the audit department at Ernst & Ernst and ended his career as the owner of Schindler & Associates, CPAs.
Ted will be greatly missed by his wife, Beth, daughters Casey (Guy) Vradenburg and Molly (Troy) Richter, granddaughter Charlotte Vradenburg, sister Brenda Webb, sister-in-law Deb Chaney, and brothers-in-law Chris Junk and Jeff Junk.
In addition to his parents, Ted was preceded in death by his sister Wendy Jo Schindler, brother Scott Schindler, and infant daughter Katherine.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Schoedinger Northwest, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. Private graveside services will be held for the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research at michaeljfox.org, Upper Arlington Lutheran Church at 2300 Lytham Road, Upper Arlington, OH 43220, or another charity of your choice.
