* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Amy Gilmore lends a hand to Charlotte Will, 5, Coldwater, as she blowdries petals onto her candle. Eleven kids made decorative candles in a workshop Saturday morning at Unique Roots. Unique Roots will host its next workshop for adults on March 9th at 7 p.m.
