* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Steven Simcoe
Steven B. Simcoe, age 71, of St. Henry, died on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
He was born April 14, 1951, in Warsaw, IN, to the late Kenneth & Wanda (Smith) Simcoe. On September 30, 1978, he married Becky (Minch) Simcoe, and she survives in St. Henry.
Steve is also survived by children: Christopher Simcoe and Sunshine May of Muncie, IN, Aaron Simcoe of Camack, IN, Tanya & Brad Schlarman of New Bremen, Tammie Simcoe of Anna, Matthew & Becky Simcoe of Maria Stein, and Michael & Renee Simcoe of Coldwater, 14 grandchildren, Aidan, Jaeda, Michael, Brooklynn, Landyon, Braydon, Mckenzie, Ethan, Addison, Isla, Riley, Lincoln, Hayes, and Nora, as well as siblings and in-laws: Kenny Simcoe, Sam & Shirley Simcoe, Jo Lynn & Bob Robinson, Walt & Jean Minch, Rick & Nancy Minch, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Steve is preceded in death by a brother, Bob Simcoe, his father and mother-in-law, Walter & Mary Ann Minch, and in-laws: Connie & Bob Good, Ronald Minch and Rodney Minch.
Steve was a self-employed contractor, and had worked at Magnavox, Tokhein, and had been the manager for Arrowhead Golf Course. After his retirement he worked part time at Ace Hardware in St. Marys. Steve was a member of The Eagles in Troy and Minster, and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in North Manchester. He enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am today, March 9, 2023, at St. Henry Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9:00am - 10:00am today at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
