* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Joseph D. Kettler, 71, Wapakoneta and formerly of New Bremen, died at 2:30 p.m. April 10, 2023, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Mass of Christian burial is 10 a.m. April 22, 2023 at the Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen. Burial will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is one hour before services at the church.
