* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Hazel Adams
Hazel Adams, 84, of St. Marys, OH died 9:20 a.m. Friday May 19, 2023 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney, OH.
She was born December 2, 1938 in Pineville, KY to Chester and Cora (Gibson) Sharp.
On July 30, 1965 she married Robert O. Adams, who died December 2, 2018.
Survivors include: son Bobby J. (Alicia) Adams of St. Marys, OH; daughter Stacy (Paul Gross) Neeley of Sidney, OH; granddaughters: Shyann, Sydney, Morgan, Andrea, Jayden and Adriana; grandsons: Ross, Carter; great-grandchildren: Bentley, Emma, Nevaeh, Dominic, Baylee, Jaxson; sister Gertrude Wilder of Pineville, KY; brother Alan (Velma) Sharp of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death: parents Chester and Cora Sharp; husband Robert Adams; son James Michael Adams; granddaughter Maddison; great-granddaughter Faith; brother Caleb Sharp; sister Loretta Cawood.
She was a homemaker.
The main focus of her life was her family (especially, her grandchildren). Her favorite pastime was rooting for the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday May 25, 2023 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Evangelist Patrick Bayman will officiate the services.
Burial will follow at the Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton, OH.
Visitation 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
