Elaine Winner
Elaine M. Winner, age 71, of North Star, Ohio, died Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Wayne Hospital, Greenville, Ohio.
She was born October 25, 1951 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Werner & Esther (Franzer) Jutte. She married Dean Winner on October 13, 1973 at St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Peter, Ohio. He survives in North Star.
She is also survived by children: Eric Winner, North Star, Jennifer Winner, Dayton, Jason Winner, Versailles, Amanda Winner, Oregon, Ohio, Ashley & Greg Schulte, Russia, Katrina & Cory Bryan, McComb, 5 grandchildren: Madison, Gavin & Dominic Schulte and Thomas & Winston Bryan, brothers & sisters: Barb & Jim Wilker, New Bremen, Dale & Diane Jutte, Coldwater, Fred & Ruth Jutte, Ft. Recovery, Marilyn Kahlig, Coldwater, in-laws: Ken Bruggeman, Coldwater,, Jim & Joan Winner, Hillsboro, Roger & Pat Winner, New Weston, Diane Hart, Cincinnati, David & Melissa Winner, Naples, FL.
She was preceded in death by sister Joyce Bruggeman & in-laws Dan Hart and Frank Kahlig.
She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star and a member of the Ladies Sodality. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was a graduate of Ft. Recovery High School and had worked for the Celina Group Insurance, North Star Elementary and Osgood State Bank. She was an avid reader, enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and loved spending time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Friday, June 9, 2023 at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star. Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery, North Star.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia from 3 to 7 PM on Thursday, June 8, 2023 and at St. Louis Catholic Church from 9 to 10 AM on Friday.
