Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the Tri-State region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Anna Huwer
Anna M. Huwer, age 90 of Coldwater and formerly of Cranberry Prairie, died Friday, June 23, 2023, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born October 30, 1932, in Maria Stein, Ohio to the late James & Rosa (Keller) Baker. She married Charles Huwer on April 25, 1964, and he preceded her in death on September 9, 2009.
Anna is survived by three children: Margaret Huwer of Columbus, Mary & Bart Doll of Coldwater, and Karen & Charlie Grube of Ft. Recovery, and five grandchildren: Carmen, Ava, Raymond, Claire, and Joshua. Also surviving her are a brother and sisters-in-law: Bernard & Joann Baker of Celina, and Marilyn Huwer of North Star.
In addition to her husband and parents, Anna is preceded in death by a son, Michael Huwer, and in-laws: Marian & Ivo Langenkamp, Victor Huwer, and Eileen & Richard Barga.
Anna was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Cranberry Prairie, and the Ladies Sodality at the church. She was a member of the St. Henry American Legion Auxiliary and had worked at the St. Henry Library for over 15 years.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, June 26, 2023, at St. Francis Catholic Church, Cranberry Prairie. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 to 5 PM on Sunday, June 25, and from 9 to 10 AM on Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
