Kymberlie Kundtz, 18, Celina, is a freshman at Wilmington College majoring in biology. She will sing as her talent. Her platform is "The Benefits of Businesses Hiring Individuals with Disabilities" and her sponsor is The People's Bank Co. She is the daughter of David and Tracy Hamsher.
