Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Roselyn Kunemund
Roselyn C. Kunemund, age 81 of Minster, Ohio, died at 5:51 AM on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, Ohio.
She was born on February 28, 1942 in Maria Stein, Ohio to the late August & Catherine (Hemmelgarn) Budde. She married Robert F. Kunemund and preceded in her death.
She is survived by sister, Ruth Youngpeter, Lima and brother Tom & Marguerite Budde, Fond du Lac, WI, sister-in-law Kathy & Bill Freeman, brother-in-law Jim Pack and numerous nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by siblings: Esther & John Hess, Eileen & Bob Knapke, Marie & Will Youngpeter, Ivo Budde, Alice & Jim Pack, Norma Jean & David Seger, brother-in-law Tony Youngpeter.
Rose was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster supporter of Radio Maria, communion distributor at the Heritage Manor Masses and Schoenstatt devotion. She loved gardening and cats and her trip to the Holy Land.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 AM Saturday, July 29, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with burial to follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:15 AM.
