HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

David Litmer
David Michael Litmer, 76, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Mercer Health in Coldwater, Ohio.
He was born on April 12, 1947, in Sidney, Ohio, to the late Louis and Rosaline Wise.
In addition to his birth parents, David was also preceded in death by his adopted parents, Eugene and Rosemary (Link) Litmer; his wife, Patricia (Erwin) Litmer, whom he married on December 28, 1968, and who passed away on October 19, 2019; his brothers, Clarence Clark and Ray Litmer; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Etter, Jim Weaver, and Scott Meyers
David is survived by his children, Laura (Steven) Slife of Sidney, Joey (Sheila) Litmer of Montezuma, Bill (JoEllen) Litmer of Celina, Tony (Missy) Litmer of Wendelin, Tonya (Matthew) Moorman of Anna, and Theresa (Andy) Kremer of Coldwater; his 18 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; his siblings, May (David) Jackson of Celina, Chris (Mike) Frantz of Arkansas, Steve (Diane) Clark of Dale, Indiana, Louis Siegrist of Fort Loramie, Rose Etter of Columbus, Ohio, Dennis (Joan) Recker of Whitehouse, Ohio, Sheila Weaver of Neptune, Ohio, Doreen (Scott) Meyers of Sidney, Gordon Wise of Union City, Indiana, and Lawrence (Carol) Wise of St. Marys; and numerous nieces and nephews.
David was a member of the United States Army, where served his country honorably during the Vietnam war. He worked for Minster Machine in Minster, Ohio until his retirement. In his free time, David enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his grandchildren. David was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Burkettsville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 18, 2023, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville. Burial, with full military honors, will follow in the church cemetery.
Guests may visit with David's family on Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Friday from 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Cancer Association of Mercer County, P.O. Box 624, Celina, Ohio 45822.
