Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Daniel Rasawuhr
Daniel Eugene Rasawuhr, age 78 of Mendon, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born on March 1, 1945 to the late Ralph E. and Phyllis I. (Stein) Rasawuhr in Mendon. On September 1, 2007, he married Janet Kittle who survives in Mendon.
He is also survived by his children David E. Rasawuhr (Sandy Gehm) of Celina, Jennifer (Michael) Roberts of Mendon, step children Jerry Stein of Montezuma, Jill (Jeff) Knisely of Portland, IN, Jenny (Clint) Everett of Decatur, IN, thirteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, sisters Martha Krick of Mendon, and Mary (Jim) Sutter of Fort Recovery.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Brett Rasawuhr, one grandchild, one great grandchild, and brother-in-law Lowell Krick.
Daniel was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church and was formerly employed at John Dieringer Construction where he retired in May of 2009. He enjoyed collecting lawn mowers in his spare time and also enjoyed farming.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
