Widespread fog has developed this morning. Some patchy dense fog is also being observed. Motorists are advised to prepare for quickly changing conditions with visibilities reduced below a quarter mile in some locations. The fog will slowly improve by mid to late morning.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Richard Cunningham
Richard L. Cunningham, 86, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Celina Manor. He was born March 21, 1937, in St. Marys, Ohio to the late Newell and Anna (Mueller) Cunningham. On October 5, 1968, he married Sarah (Nichols) Cunningham and she survives at the residence in Celina.
He is also survived by his daughter, Tina (Kip) Waterman, Celina; and a brother-in-law, Bill Nichols, Celina.
Rich was also preceded in death by his son, Richard "Buff" Cunningham on May 10, 1982; and a brother, Jim (Jane) Cunningham.
He was a 1955 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He retired from Huffy Bicycle in Celina after 38 years of service.
Rich was a member of Celina Moose Lodge. He enjoyed playing cards, going on car rides in the country, sitting by his pond and most of all spending time with family.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the Cunningham family.
