Robert G. Stutzman, Jr. age 65 of Coldwater, formerly of Lima, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023, at 3:26 pm, Ohio State University-Wexner Medical Center.

He was born February 16, 1958, in Lima, OH, to Robert and Shirley (Wilkins) Stutzman, Sr. who preceded him in death. On June 12, 2010, he married Abigail (Anderson) Stutzman who survives in Coldwater.

Also surviving are his daughter, Lisha (Michael) Hemmelgarn of Burkettsville, OH, stepdaughters, Heather Fixx of Celina and Tiff Decker of Houston, TX; four sisters: Pat Mullins of Marion, Barb Zappa of Ohio City, Joyce Chambers of St. Clairsville and Karen Triplett of Lima; two grandchildren, Ayden & Baylee Hemmelgarn and a stepgrandchild, Allyson Hemmelgarn; and his ex-wife, Chris Stutzman of Lima.

He is preceded in death by a daughter, Candi Stutzman and a brother, Michael James Stutzman.

He was a 1977 graduate of Bath High School and a machinist at Precision Thermoplastic Components, Lima. He was a fan of NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon. He loved to be outside working in his yard, camping and being with his grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Shawnee Chapel of Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services.

His funeral will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
