Allen "Joe" Roth, 68, of Celina, Ohio passed away on November 6, 2023, at his residence.

He was born on February 15, 1955, in St. Marys to Robert and Sally (Whited) Roth. On January 15, 1999, he married Lisa Jean (Adams) Roth and she survives at the residence in Celina.

Other survivors include his children, Brad (Jessica) Secrest, Fairborn, Ohio, Chad (Jennifer) Secrest, Columbus, Ohio, Carl (Taylor Lautzenheiser) Roth, Celina and Alex (Emily) Roth, Chicago, Illinois; his mother, Sally Roth, St. Marys; his sister, Cheryl (Don) Hurley, Serviaville, Tennessee; and four grandchildren, Kyla, Garison, Oliver and CJ.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Robert Roth.

He was a 1973 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He proudly served his country in the National Guard for six years. Joe owned and operated Ohio City Auto for 35 years with his business partner, Jerry Ruwoldt. Joe was a member of Celina Moose, Celina American Legion, Celina Eagles and Celina VFW. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping and boating on Lake Erie and most of all spending time with his family.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. The Roth family request that you dress casual for Joe's services.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Friday, November 10, 2023, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the services at the funeral home. To conclude the services military rites to be conducted by Celina American Legion Post #210 and Celina VFW Post #5713.

Private graveside services will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, Ohio.
