At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Allen Vordermark
Allen E. Vordermark, age 89, of St. Marys, Ohio, formerly of Michigan and South Carolina, died on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 3:23 P.M. at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.
He was born on April 18, 1934 near New Knoxville, Ohio, the son of the late Oliver E. and Mildred E. (Kuhlman) Vordermark. On March 25, 1956, he married Janet Lee Heintz, sharing 57 years together before her death on July 3, 2013.
Surviving are his children: Michael (Aunna) Vordermark of Waterford, Michigan, Amy (Ron) Dulaney of Ware Shoals, South Carolina, Phillip Vordermark of Greenwood, South Carolina, Michelle (Maurice) Scheuer of Vonore, Tennessee; his eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and his special friend Patricia Shiley of St. Marys. Also left to cherish is memory are his siblings: Sharon Lewis, Mary Maschke, and Ned (Rebecca) Vordermark all of New Knoxville.
Along with his parents and wife, Allen was preceded in death by his in-laws Larry Lewis and Wilbert "Bud" Maschke.
Allen grew up on the family farm outside of New Knoxville and he graduated from New Knoxville High School. After high school, he went on to graduate with his Bachelor's degree from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio, then went on to graduate from Easter Michigan University with his Master's degree. He had been a high school math teacher for 45 years -first in Birmingham, Michigan, and later in McCormick, South Carolina where he retired in 2012. He had also worked in construction during his summer breaks. He enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds and the Ohio State Buckeyes and also liked to play golf.
A private celebration of Allen's life will be held. Inurnment will take place in the Oakbrook Memorial Park in Hedges, South Carolina at a later date.
