* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Harry Long
Harry Lee Long, 85, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Presimmon Ridge Rehab in Portland, Indiana.
He was born on November 22, 1938, in Jay County, Indiana, to the late Charles and Vivian (Bryan) Long.
Harry is survived by his wife of 64 years, Rita (Long) Long, whom he married on June 20, 1959; his children, Mark (Sharon) Long of Fort Recovery, and Pamela (Russ) Hancock of Greensburg, Indiana; his grandchildren, Justin (Kelly) Pruitt of Indianapolis, and Kelly Long of Fort Recovery; and his great granddaughter, Nora.
In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his sons, David Long and Curt "Pup" Long; and his grandson, Shane Long.
Harry was a 1956 graduate of Madison Township High School in Jay County. In 1956 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he served his country honorably until he was discharged in 1958. Harry worked for Sheller Globe in Union City for 26 years. He then joined FCC in Portland where he worked until he retired in 2003. Harry also drove semi for Wendel Poultry in Fort Recovery off and on throughout the years. In his early years, Harry enjoyed riding horses and bowling. He also enjoyed playing golf from time to time. Classic cars had a special place in Harry's heart. He owned a beautiful and pristine red 1954 Chevy Bel-Air hard top, which he enjoyed showing off.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Guests may visit with Harry's family on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
