* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Irvin Baldauf
Irvin R. Baldauf, 81, of Mendon, passed away Tuesday evening, December 26, 2023 at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born February 16, 1942, in Delphos to the late Richard C. and Edna (Reindel) Baldauf.
Irvin is survived by his children, Terry (Faith) Baldauf of Payne, Steve (Deb) Baldauf of Mendon, Jamie (Melissa) Baldauf of Ft. Loramie and Lynette Suriani of Ft. Wayne, IN; a son-in-law, Bruce Knick of Ansonia; grandchildren, Michael Baldauf, Phoenix Nichols, Cassie Suriani, Courtney Derrow, Ashley Fruchey, Trisha Baldauf and Taylor Keiser; great-grandchildren, Carsen Baldauf, Madelyn Baldauf, Claire Baldauf and Addison Profit; a brother, Robert (Dottie) Baldauf of Delphos; and a sister, Mary (Irvin) Grone of Delphos.
He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Carol Baldauf; a daughter, Kimberly Knick; siblings, Alice (Eugene) Utrup, Earl Baldauf and Carol (Don) Bruskotter; and the love of his life, Rosie Amato.
Irvin was retired from Fruehauf where he worked in maintenance. His life-long passion was farming. He loved to dance and making popcorn for all his family.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 30 at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth Street, Delphos. John Buckland will be officiating.
Visitation will be 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be shared at www.weberfh.net.
