* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Ronda Krogman
Ronda L. Krogman, age 93, of Celina, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born August 11, 1930, in Celina, a daughter of the late LeRoy and Ermal (Billman) Piper. Ronda and Lyle E. Krogman were united in marriage September 16, 1950. They were married for
over 65 years until Lyle preceded her in death on December 28, 2015.
Surviving are their children: Kent (Brandy) Krogman of Rockford, Lanna (Patrick Wilson) Krogman of Knoxville, TN, and Mark Krogman of Celina, nine grandchildren: Trevor (Samantha) Krogman, Leah (Matt) Hays, Carrie Dase, Chad Pinkerman, Bianca Krogman, Marco Krogman, Daniel Krogman, Anthony Krogman, and Tessa Krogman, and ten great grandchildren: Holden, Nathan, Lili, Lucy, Mateus, Gabriel, Luysa, Lucas, Ansley and Silas.
Ronda was also preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law: Elma and James Ireton, an infant sister, Doleto Piper, and Lyle's sister and her husband, Lela and Kenneth Williams.
A 1948 graduate of Celina High School, Ronda attended business college in Ft. Wayne, and was employed as a secretary at the Wright State University Lake Campus for many years. She attended Grace Missionary Church in Celina, where she enjoyed playing the piano and singing in the choir. Ronda was a homemaker and a wonderful baker, who made fantastic angel food cakes. She enjoyed growing flowers and vegetables in her garden. She was skilled at a variety of types of needlework, and was also a quilter. Ronda loved to enter her home grown produce, baked goods and needlework projects for competition at the Mercer County Fair. She also collected dishes painted with violets.
Private services will be held for the family. Burial will take place at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
