* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Betty Hittle
Betty L. Hittle, age 90, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on January 10, 2024 at 11:36 pm at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born on October 30, 1933 in Darke County to the late Thomas and Mina (Cool) Elson.
Survivors include her children, Barbara (Rick) Emans, Mendon, Bob (Pat) Hittle, Rosehill, Ohio and Sherry Decker, Celina; ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Betty was also preceded in death by her children, Jerry Hittle, Michael Hittle, Linda Gheen, Diana Hittle, Bonnie Hittle, Brenda Hittle and Ron Hines; and her siblings, John Elson, Marion Elson, Russel Elson, Erie, Elson, Larry Elson, Kenneth Elson, Perry Elson and Sara Elson.
Betty retired from Huffy Bicycle in Celina after 18 years of service. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, putting together puzzles and most of all spending time with her family and friends. The Hittle family would like to thank the staff at Celina Manor and her roommate Wendy for the friendship and the excellent care they gave to Betty.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 11:00 am at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Pastor Randy Christian officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:00 am - 11:00 am before the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ansonia Cemetery in Ansonia, Ohio.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Special Olympics.
