* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Tina Fickert
Tina L. Fickert, age 58, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024 at her residence.
She was born July 24, 1965, in St. Marys to the late William V and E. Sharon (Mullins) Boyd. On June 15, 1985 she married Don Fickert Jr. and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include two sons, D. Andrew Fickert, Union City and Aric (Lane) Fickert, Portsmouth, Virginia; a sister, Karen Curry, Celina; a mother-in-law, Mary Fickert, Celina; two sisters-in-law, Rose (Denny) Butler, Rockford, Cindy (Dick) Miller, Celina; three brothers-in-law, Doug Fickert, Celina, Lee Fickert, Celina and Ron (Kristi) Fickert, Wilmington, Ohio; six nieces, seven nephews, three great-nieces and eight great-nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Don Fickert Sr.
Tina was a 1983 graduate from St. Marys Memorial High School and a 1991 graduate from Wright State College of Nursing, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She was a Registered Nurse for nearly 30 years and worked as an Occupational Health Nurse at Setex, Honda, Proctor & Gamble, and Navistar. Additionally, she worked as an RN at Briarwood Manor, Shane Hill, Union City Care Center and State of the Heart Hospice.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina and the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses.
She enjoyed traveling, interior design, camping, fishing and most of all spending time with family and friends.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Immaculate Conception Church in Celina with Fr. John Tonkin officiating. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home Wednesday morning.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
