* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Carolyn Zizelman
Carolyn S. Zizelman, age 73, of Celina, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024.
She was born March 22, 1950, in Celina, to Gillis "Whitey" and Edna (Bailey) Dennis, who both preceded her in death. Carolyn and Gail Zizelman were married on November 18, 1967.
He survives, along with 2 daughters and a son: Teresa (Rob) McKee and Scott (Theresa Boeckman) Zizelman of Celina, and Wendy (Steve) Benny of Wapakoneta, 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers and a sister: Kenny Dennis, Gary Howard, and Mona (Larry) Shinabery, of Celina, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Tyler Zizelman, a brother Colonel Howard, a sister: Gilda Trobridge and her parents-in-law Willard & Virginia Zizelman.
Carolyn was a 1969 graduate of Celina High School. She was a homemaker, and was employed by Huffy Bicycles for over 20 years, then worked at Aeroquip/Eaton in Van Wert. Carolyn loved her dogs, going to thrift stores, garage sales, "running the roads", shopping, socializing, spending time with her grandkids, growing flowers, and helping on the farm. The family would like to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to Regina Howard.
A Celebration of Life for Carolyn will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Legacy Hospice.
