* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Ruby Scott
Ruby E. Scott, age 90, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born November 9, 1933 in Wurtland, Kentucky to the late Clinton and Zola (Mullins) Bellamy.
She is survived by her children, Timothy Yoder, Cincinnati; Bobbi (John) Stoner, Celina; Mark (Lynne) Yoder, Celina; Janice Yoder, Celina; and Stephen (Laura) Yoder, Celina; a daughter-in-law, Jill Yoder, Celina; a sister, Violet Moody, Dayton; a brother, Earl (Helen) Spears, Wurtland, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren, Jessica, Caleb, Corey, Erica, Caley, Jacob, Cenzie, Sydney, Alyx, Jack and Greer; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Ruby was also preceded in death by her first husband, Robert O. Yoder; second husband, Glenn Scott; and a son, Danial Yoder.
She was a 1952 graduate of Wurtland High School in Wurtland, Kentucky. She worked at Celina Insurance Group, Reynolds and Reynolds and retired from Tuway American Group in Rockford. Ruby was a member of Grace Missionary Church in Celina. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, attending her grandchildren's sporting events and most of all spending time with her family.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Pastor Craig Flack officiating; where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. before the service. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
