* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marjorie Beckstedt
Marjorie Beckstedt, 93, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 5:09 am on Saturday, April 13, 2024 surrounded by her family at her home in Celina.
She was born May 16, 1930 in Mercer County to the late Henry and Clara (Hunsaker) Klopfleisch. On October 29, 1949 she married Ralph W. Beckstedt. They were together for 74 wonderful years and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include a daughter, Becky (Denny) Rolfes, Celina; a son, Gary (Kim) Beckstedt, Celina; daughter-in-law, Luanne Beckstedt, Marysville; six grandchildren, Ryan (Jodi) Beckstedt, Eric (Tara) Beckstedt, Lindsey (Brent) Wise, Lana Beckstedt, Toby (Jess) Rolfes and Casey (Lisa) Rolfes; and thirteen great grandchildren, Bailey, Colton, McKinley, Coy, Cora, Liliana, Kellen, Cade, Leo, Cece, Emma, Ellie and Chase.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Dan Beckstedt; infant daughter, Peggy Beckstedt; and brother and sister-in-law, Melvin (Virgina) Klopfleisch.
Marjorie retired from Huffy Bicycle in Celina after 35 years of service. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, Celina Moose Lodge #1473, Celina VFW Post #5713, Celina American Legion Post # 210 and Mercer County Horseman's Association.
Marge enjoyed playing cards at the senior citizens center, going to casinos, planting flowers in the spring and most of all, spending time with family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30 am - 11:30 am prior to the services at the church.
Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church Capital Improvement Fund and/or Everheart Hospice.
