* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Hazel noted that some grading and other dirt work, grass seeding and sidewalk still needs to be finished. Once completed, people will be able to reach all corners of the park via walking paths.
