* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Rosemary VanderHorst
Rosemary Ruth VanderHorst passed away peacefully on May 3, 2024, at the age of 96 in Lexington, Kentucky.
Born on Feb. 27, 1928, in Minster, Ohio, she was the cherished daughter of the late John and Anna Prenger. Rosemary was the beloved wife of the late Harold VanderHorst. Together, they raised a family that was the center of her world.
She is survived by her children, Christine (Bill) Hammel; Amy (Steve) Manning; Miriam (Michael) Seasock; Brian (Julie) VanderHorst; Tim (Faith) VanderHorst; and Jeff VanderHorst. She was preceded in death by her daughter Julie Bova.
Rosemary's legacy continues through her adoring grandchildren. Yon Hammel, Josh Manning, Katie Manning, Ben VanderHorst, Allison Ivelic, Chris VanderHorst, Will VanderHorst, and Jett VanderHorst.
Rosemary was the dear sister of Deborah Meis, Eileen Holtzhauer, Les Prenger, and John Prenger. She was preceded in passing by her sister Velma Roeckner.
A full-time mother and homemaker, Rosemary was also an avid bridge player and golfer. She was a faithful member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
Visitation for Rosemary will be Thursday, May 9, 5 to 7 p.m. at Milward-Man O'War located at 1509 Trent Blvd, Lexington, Ky.
Mass will begin at 1:30 p.m., Friday, May 10 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, located at 1730 Summerhill Drive, Lexington, with interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
