Snowfall of at least an inch is expected across the region, with up to 2 inches possible. There is also the potential for brief intense bursts of snow, especially between 10 PM and 3 AM. Where these brief bursts of snow occur, visibility may drop suddenly, creating additional travel hazards tonight.
West winds will become northwest overnight, gusting as high as 30 to even 35 mph. This may cause blowing snow over roadways, even as the snow ends after 3 AM.

Local 'Sasquatch' now has a name

CELINA- Mercer County Fairground's hulking homage to the legendary Bigfoot has been named Nelson.
The moniker was revealed earlier this week on the fair's Facebook page. It was suggested by community members via a Facebook poll.
"We thought it was neat," said fair manager Cara Muhlenkamp. "During the voting, it just kept winning."
Other contenders for the 30-foot-tall, 18-foot-wide attraction's name were Chip, Winston, Ollie, Glen, Theo and Hugh. [More]
