At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Joann Wilkins
Joann W. Wilkins, 89, of St. Marys, and formerly of New Knoxville, died 2:51 A.M. Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 25, 1934, in Chase, Michigan, the daughter of James and Nellie (Mohr) Evans. She married Robert Wilkins on June 24, 1956, in Venedocia, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on December 22, 2022.
She is survived by her sons: Doug (Mary Ann) Wilkins of Celina; Dave (Judy) Wilkins of Fort Wayne; Greg (Amy) Wilkins of the Caribbean; Jon (Cindy) Wilkins of Maria Stein.
She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dr. Robert Wilkins; her siblings: Nellie Kuhlman, Sabina Lodge, Bertha Now; James Evans; John Evans; Bill Evans; by her granddaughter's husband, Brian Whetstone.
Joann was a graduate of Lincolnview High School and the Lima Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse at University Hospital in Columbus and Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in Saint Marys. She enjoyed needle point work, quilting, crocheting, cooking, traveling and gardening, and was a longtime member of the Saint Marys Boat Club.
She was a member of the First Church of New Knoxville.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday July 26, 2024, in the Ministry Center of the First Church of New Knoxville, the Reverend Joel Bucklin, officiant. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Friday in the Ministry Center, where memorial gifts may be given to the church.
