* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elliot Rogers
Elliot Marjorie Rogers went to be with the Lord on Monday July 29th. She was the infant daughter of Dex Rogers and Olivia Houts.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by 4 siblings, Jack Keener, Henry Keener, Rawlings Rogers and Blaire Rogers, her paternal grandparents, Bill and Kim Rogers of rural Hayesville, her maternal grandfather, Mark Houts and his significant other, Angie McLaughlin of Celina, her maternal grandmother, Michelle Houts and her significant other, Bill Christie of Celina, her maternal great grandparents, Don and Margo Thomas of Westerville, her aunts and uncles, Adrianna (Luke) Summerfield, Jaxston Rogers both of rural Hayesville, and Seth (Tessa) Houts and Maggie Houts both of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Wad and Betty Rogers and Vic and Marcella Kahl, her maternal great grandparents, Elden and Marjorie Houts, and an aunt, Bond Rogers.
Private family services took place at Vermillion Cemetery in Hayesville.
Fickes Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
