* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Angela Muntzinger
Angela Muntzinger, Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday morning, August 23, 2024. She was born in Celina, Ohio on December 15, 1938 to Vern Ashcraft and Faye (Drumm) Quatman. She married Michael Muntzinger on January 1, 1988.
She is survived by her and John W. Frysinger's children Jay (Judy) Frysinger, Jeffrey (Tiffany) Frysinger, both of Celina, Andrea (Kevin) Beck, Greenacres, WA. Her stepchildren, Kelly (Jason) Brickner, Ottawa, Joshua (Cicely) Muntzinger, Celina. In addition, she is survived by her grandchildren Amanda (Dillon) Russell, Spokane, WA, Aarika (Nathan) Hayes, Long Beach, CA, Lindsay (Brad) Smith, Celina, Jacob (Katelyn) Frysinger, Celina. Her step-grandchildren Matthew (Chelsea) Cheeseman, Columbus, Nicholas (Katie) Cheeseman Findlay, Madison and Alayna Muntzinger, Celina. Angela is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren with one on the way and her brother David (Greg) Quatman, Victoria, BC, Canada, her sister Victoria Lefeld, Rockford, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Along with her parents, Angela is preceded in death by her son John G. Frysinger.
Angela was a 1956 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired from Mercer County Treasurer's Office and previously worked at Diamond Savings and Loan, Celina Hallmark, Goldstein's Clothing Store and carhopped at Rainbow Drive-in. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, monthly ladies card club and past Treasurer of Public Employee Retirees Inc (PERI) local chapter.
She enjoyed reading mystery novels, watching the Hallmark Channel, shopping with family and friends and eating with Thursday night supper club. She especially loved her dogs, collecting angels and spending time with family and friends.
A Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Craig Flack officiating. She will have a private family interment in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina at a later date.
A Celebration for family and friends will be held from 4:00p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home and an hour before services on Wednesday at the funeral Home.
