* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

John Biehle
John 'Jack' Biehle, age 80, of Montezuma, died Saturday, August 24, 2024 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. He was born November 30, 1943, in Cincinnati to the late John & Cecilia (Entner) Biehle. On February 20, 1981, in Kentucky, he married Susan (Waters) Biehle and she survives in Montezuma.
He is also survived by his children, Patrick & Martina Biehle of Germany, Mike Biehle & Andrea Carson of Germany, Jerry & Claudia Biehle of Germany, and Chris & Tanya Biehle of Minnesota; Grandchildren, Nico, Estelle, Melanie, Isabelle, Julia, Ronja, Jonathan and Sara; siblings and in-laws, Dale & Sharon Biehle of Cincinnati, Tim & Debbie Biehle of Cincinnati, Fran & Steve Shaffer of Mason, and Vince & Kathy Waters of Cincinnati, and also numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Jack was a veteran of the Air Force Security Service. He was a member of the St. Marys American Legion, the Celina VFW, the Celina Knights of Columbus, the St. Marys Eagles, and the Moose Lodge of Avon Park, Florida. He was an avid fisherman and also enjoyed playing cards.
The funeral service will be held at 11AM on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery in Montezuma.
Friends may call on August 29, 2024 from 9AM until 11AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association. Condolences may be left at www.hogenkampfh.com.
