Dennis Williams
Dennis W. Williams, 72, of Celina, died 3:58 p.m. Tues. Sept. 10, 2024, at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born June 23, 1952, in Lima, OH, Hazard & Larcenie (Bolen) Williams, who preceded him in death. On Oct. 13, 1973, he married Maria Lugo, who preceded him in death on Dec. 10, 1996.
Survivors include, 2 children, Elizabeth (Greg) Stevens, Columbus, OH, Travis (Angela) Williams, Wapakoneta, OH, 6 grandchildren, Linzee (Zachary) Metzger, New Knoxville, OH, Allison (Joshua) Ford, Celina, OH, Nathan (Dylan) Moore, Columbus, OH, Alyssa Williams, Lillian Williams, Katelyn Williams, 8 great grandchildren, Jayden, Makenna, Hudson, Holden, & Hunter Metzger, Amelia, Jamison, Vivienne Ford, 4 siblings, Fred Williams, Celina, OH, Vivian Branscum, Hartford City, IN, Pat Faulkner, Liam, OH, Jimmy Williams, Celina, OH.
He was preceded in death by 5 siblings, Kenny Armstrong, Larry Williams, Gary Williams, Tim Williams, & Sam Williams.
Dennis worked as a general laborer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a 1971 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. He enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, whitling, live music, the Cleveland Browns.
Funeral services will be 6:00 p.m., Mon. Sept. 16, 2024, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, St. Rt. 501 Wapakoneta.
