Shirley (Fornes) Hayes, 71, of Columbus, passed away on September 24, 2024. She was born on September 27, 1952. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. where a Funeral Service will follow at 12:30 p.m.
