Minster girls win fourth consecutive state title

OBETZ - Prior to the start of the current girls' cross-country season, it appeared the Minster Wildcats had a little sprinkle of the word "rebuild" in their roster.
With a relatively young lineup and just two runners that had run in the 2023 state cross country meet, their biggest competitors perhaps held hope that the Wildcats' string of three straight state championships would finally be in jeopardy. [More]
Condition unknown at Dayton hospital

  CELINA - A 25-year-old man was allegedly shot in the back by his stepfather-in-law at a Celina residence early Sunday morning following a domestic dispute.
Christopher Mangus underwent surgery for life-threatening injuries at a Dayton-area hospital. His condition was unknown as of Sunday afternoon, according to Celina Police Chief Tom Wale's news release. [More]
