* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Family, friends and veterans gather at Lake Shore Park on Monday morning to honor and thank all who have served and are serving to defend America's freedoms. Service included a speech from Tom Leininger, a patriotic tune played by the Celina High School marching band and the placing of the wreaths.
