A 58-year-old Cincinnati woman was taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater for possible minor injuries on Thursday afternoon following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 119 and State Route 127, according to a spokesperson with the Wapakoneta Post of the State Highway Patrol. According to a preliminary investigation, Devlin Allen, 24, of Sidney was driving a semitrailer southbound on State Route 127. An SUV driven by Suzanne Kroeger was stopped at a stop sign on State Route 119. Kroeger reportedly thought it was a four-way stop and drove into the path of the semitrailer. She was cited for failure to yield. Allen was reportedly uninjured.
