City must replace damaged water lines
CELINA - Roughly 1,200 feet of water line along State Route 703 east of Celina will need replaced next year after a recent pump system failure at an unspecified manufacturer reportedly caused extensive damage to decades-old cast iron pipe.

Man indicted for theft
CELINA- A Celina man was indicted by a Mercer County grand jury for allegedly stealing water and sewage services for six and a half years.
Casey J. Rolfes, 41, was charged with two counts of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.
