CELINA - The James Watson House will close its doors after New Year's Eve, clearing the way for a new establishment called The 202 Tavern that will be run by a pair of local restauranteurs.
The James Watson House opened around June 2023, reintroducing to the community a historic, nearly 150-year-old downtown mainstay at 202 S. Main St. that at one point had fallen into disrepair and was at risk of being demolished. [More]
Celina rallies in final matches to beat St. Marys in WBL wrestling

  CELINA - The wrestling edition of the Battle of Grand Lake was exciting right to the end.
St. Marys led Celina 29-21 with three bouts remaining, but the Bulldogs had pinfall wins in all three matches to come back to get the 39-29 win for their first win in Western Buckeye League action at the Fieldhouse. [More]
