Joyce (Devilbiss) Cullers, age 89, of Celina, Ohio, died on Friday, December 13, 2024 at The Miller Place in Celina. She was born October 22, 1935 in Brookville, Ohio to Ector Ford & Ruth (Zizert) Devilbiss. On June 9, 1956, Joyce married Paul Cullers and he preceded her in Death, 2018.

She is survived by children, Jodie & Dick Swaney of Celina, Jeffrey Cullers of Winton Manor, Florida, and Tracy Cullers of Olathe, Kansas; grandchildren, Josh & Angie, of Hebron Ky. Kane & Megan of St. Marys and Matthew Job of Canal Winchester, Ohio; great grandchildren, Olivia & Andrew Douglas, Sophia, Isabelle, Owen, Brenna, Charlee and Jakob; siblings, Joel & Ann Devilbiss of West Alexandria, Donnie Devilbiss of Brookville, and Larry Devilbiss of Dayton; in-laws, Linda Cullers of Minnesota, Carol & Tom Albers of Wisconsin and Mary Jane & Jack Wehrly of Eaton; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by 5 brothers and 6 sisters.

Funeral Service will be held 11:30 AM Thursday December 19, 2024 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.

Friends may call on Thursday from 9-11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to EverHeart Hospice or the Lake Improvement Association.
