* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Two people sustained minor injuries and were taken to an area hospital after losing control of their vehicle due to ice near the intersection of U.S. 33 and Mercer Road east of Rockford on Friday evening.
