Ohio count reaches 8, all in Darke and Mercer counties
CELINA - For the second time this week, the National Veterinary Services Laboratory confirmed a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) detection in Mercer County. The case reported Wednesday involved 10,434 commercial turkeys, according to the Ohio Department of Agriculture's HPAI web page.
CELINA - The village of Fort Recovery has initiated a procedure to annex 7.417 acres from Gibson Township to provide utility services to four properties on Union City Road, including the site of a poultry biosecurity shower facility.
